The study aimed to identify the effect of the conflict between work and family on organizational citizenship behaviors by applying to employees of the University of Tripoli in Libya. The sample was withdrawn based on the comprehensive enumeration procedures of the research community and its consistency was (402) single, and the number of correct responses was (362) single and that was (90) %) Of the research community. The researcher used a survey list prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the study variables, which represent the conflict between work and family (independent variable) and organizational citizenship behaviors (dependent variable). In opinions, both the correlation coefficient and the Multiple regression analysis method were used to analyze the field study data. The results of the study concluded that ”there is no significant difference between the opinions of the employees within the university under study about the degree of availability of the dimensions of the conflict between work and family and the dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors according to the difference in demographic variables (gender, marital status, do you have children, age group, level of education). . The existence of a moral correlation between the dimensions of the conflict between work and family and the dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors from the viewpoint of the employees within the university under study. The dimensions of the conflict between work and family together have a moral impact on all dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors among employees at the University of Tripoli, Libya.
