Sixth: Results of the study:
1- As for the effect of the intervention program on the cases as a whole, the percentage of change for all cases on the scale as a whole was (29%), where it was before the intervention (64.33%) and after the professional intervention it became (93.33%).
2-With regard to the program’s impact on the self-confidence dimension, the rate of change was (32%), where it was before the intervention (58%) and after the professional intervention it became (90%).
3- As for the program’s impact on the dimension of dealing with life situations, the percentage of change was (the rate of change for this dimension (25.67%), where it was before the intervention (69.33%) and after the professional intervention it became (95%).
4- As for the program’s impact on the leadership dimension, the rate of change was (29.64%), where it was before the intervention (65.66%) and after the professional intervention it became (95.3%).
5 - With regard to testing the study hypotheses, the study proved the correctness of the main and subsidiary hypotheses.


Fourth: the concepts of the Study:
1- Empowerment Model.
2- Social Efficiency.
3- Community education.
Fifth: Methodological procedures for the study:
1- Type of study:
This study belongs to the studies of measuring the return of professional intervention (a quasi-experimental study) using pre-measurement for one experimental group.
2- Approach used:
Quasi-experimental approach using one experimental group. where a pre-measurement of the dependent variable, which is (increasing the social competence of community education girls), before the introduction of the independent variable, which is the professional intervention program using the Empowerment Model, and then the experimental variable is introduced and then a telemetry of the dependent variable is made, and a comparison is made between the pre and post measurements of the dependent variable to find out the size The change that has happened.
3- Study tools:
Data collection tools in this study are:
- Social Efficiency measure applied to community education girls.
4- Fields of study:
A- The placement field: The study was applied to (Misr El-Khair School2) for community education on the island of Bani Mur in Al-Fateh Center in Assiut Governorate.
B - The human field: The study was applied to all the girls attached to (Misr El-Khair 2) School for Community Education on the island of Bani Murr - Al-Fateh Center in Assiut Governorate, and their number is (26) girls.
C- The time field: which is the period it took to implement the professional intervention program, which is 6 months (11/13/2019: 5/7/2020).
Summary
Study Title:
” Using of Empowerment Model from the Perspective of Generalist Social Work Practice to increase the Social Efficiency of Community Education Girls ”.
First: the problem of th study:
community education Girls in the Egyptian countryside face many problems, the most important of which is the problem of depriving them from completing education as a result of inherited customs and traditions, which may lead to poor social competence among girls. Different situations, and therefore the study problem is determined in the following question: Can the Empowerment Model from the perspective of generalist practice in social work increase the social Efficiency of community education girls?
Second: the objectives of th study:
The main objective of the study is determined in:
1- Examining the main and sub hypotheses of the study.
2- Reaching a codified program using of Empowerment Model from the perspective of generalist practice in social work to increase the social Efficiency of community education girls.
Third: Hypotheses of the study:
The study hypotheses are determined in the following main hypothesis: “It is expected that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the pre and post measurement of the experimental group of community education girls regarding the use of the Empowerment model to increase the social Efficiency in favor of the post measurement.”
The following sub-hypotheses emerge from this main hypothesis:
1- It is expected that there will be a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the pre and post measurements of the experimental group of community education girls with regard to increasing the ability to self-confidence in favor of the post-measurement.
