المستخلص

Relations between the participants were deteriorating and late before 1234 AH / 1818 CE, as a result of the delayed economic situation (agriculture and industry) in that. Just as the economic situation had an impact on the delay in these relations, so also the political events had a great impact on the delay in these relations. The commercial relations between it was bad by modernizing the international trade route across the Red Sea to Cape of Good Hope and the second, and it worsened as customs was one of the main incomes late in the two countries due to the acquisition and supervision of the princes, lack of interest in them or their organization, and was also affected by political events. During the era of Muhammad Ali, these economic relations took a new stage between the two countries, where a huge leap was made as a result of the introduction of the reasons of modern civilization in Egypt from agriculture, industry and trade, offset by some economic development in the Hijaz, although political events played a dangerous role on the scene in the two countries; However, the pasha eventually managed to overcome this temptation and built a colossal economy in Egypt and Hijaz. The economic situation of the two countries mixed with each other, so it was a great breakthrough in Egyptian and Hijaz exports and imports. The transit trade also fed the two countries with East and West trade, and Egypt and Hijaz also benefited from the fees of trades that were once again re-exported from the ports of the two countries, thus the country also benefited from this transit trade.
