Abstract
To improve the outcome of management of gaucher disease (GD) we should: Insist for proper history taking from the patient parents or relatives with proper documentation in the patient’s file. Follow the examination sheet and write the progressive notes of the patients. We recommend strict all lab investigation in guideline to be done on follow up of all patients. We recommend strict all radiological investigation in guideline to be done on follow up of all patients. Strictly follow the guidelines in follow up and management of gaucher disease (GD) to improve the outcome. Increase the number of doctors who follow up cases of GD. Training doctors in workshop on knowing( International guideline of management of Gaucher disease in children) and working to implement it. providing financial support. The various department must cooperated as joint team in follow up the cases of gaucher.
