المستخلص This study aims to determine The Effect of Trust in the Supervisor as an Intermediate Variable in the Relationship between Abusive Supervision and organizational Silence. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and randomly data have been collected from some employees in Mansoura University Hospitals. Sample size is 319, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. The results found that there is a positive significant correlation between the dimensions of (Abusive Supervision) and the dimensions of (Organizational Silence). Also results show that negative significant correlation between (Abusive Supervision) and (Trust in the Supervisor) and a negative moral correlation between (Trust in the Supervisor) and (Organizational Silence) in Mansoura University Hospitals. |
