المستخلص The current research aimed at developing functional writing skills for high school students using the mobile learning system in the virtual learning environment, and the research tool consisted of testing functional writing skills, and the researcher also prepared the virtual learning environment in light of mobile learning, and a guide explaining how to use the virtual learning environment. The research sample consisted of (80) students from Al-Hikma School, divided into two groups, one of them is experimental and its number is (40) students and the other is control and its number is (40) students. The researcher used the experimental method to reveal the effectiveness of the mobile learning system in a virtual learning environment in developing functional writing skills. The research indicated that - there were statistically significant differences at a significance level (≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post application of the functional writing skills test and its total score in favor of the experimental group - There were statistically significant differences at a significance level (≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post applications to test functional writing skills and their overall score in favor of the post application. |
