المستخلص

The aim of this research is to find out the differences between opinions for Ministry of Tourism (MoT), Egyptian Tourism Federation
(ETF), hotel managers and employees that have a positive influence on
training sustainability for the Egyptian Tourism Sector. The study sample for the interviews, 2 interviews were conducted with MoT executives and 2 interviews were conducted with ETF executives. For the questionnaire consisted of (500) employees in hotels, (40) hotel managers, (25) ETF executives and (25) MoT executives. As for the statistical processes, the researcher used the
(frequencies and percentages, mathematical ”mean”, standard deviation, ”Pearson” coefficient, ”Cronbach Alpha” coefficient, t-test and ANOVA test).
The findings were presented using tables and figures. There are
no significant differences among employees, hotels mangers, MoT and
ETF executives’ views to partially share cost of training. There are
significant differences among employees, hotels mangers, MoT and
ETF executives’ views that hotels bear all training costs. There are no significant differences among employees, hotels mangers, MoT and ETF executives’ views that sponsoring bodies such as MoT, TVET, or ITC should bear training costs. There are no significant differences among employees, hotels mangers, MoT and ETF
executives’ views that training courses help develop employees’ skills. There are no significant differences among employees, hotels mangers, MoT and ETF executives’ views that there is a need for employees’
training courses aside from hotel category. There are significant
differences among employees, hotels mangers, MoT ETF executives’
views as the importance of financial sustainability for training courses.
