هدفت الدراسة الى الوقوف على دور تفعيل المشاركة المجتمعيةفى صنع القرارات التعليمية بمدارس التعليم الأساسي فى مصر، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها : وجود قصور فى تطبيق أو تفعيل دور المشاركة المجتمعيةفى صناعة القرارات التعليمية بمدارس التعليم الأساسي فى مصر ؛ نظراً لوجود تضارب ما بين اللوائح والتشريعات المنظمة لسير العملية التعليمية وأهداف المشاركة المجتمعية كما يعول جزء كبير من هذا القصور على انتشار ثقافة التعليم التقليدي وعدم جدوى وفاعلية المشاركة المجتمعية بمدارس التعليم الأساسي فى مصر، وطبقت الدراسة عدد (600) استبيان معد مسبقاً ومحكم على عينة من مدارس جمهورية مصر العربية قوامها (43) مدرسة ، بسبع محافظات من محافظات الجمهورية، وفى الختام أوصت الدراسة بتطبيق تصور مقترح من شأنه تفعيل دور المشاركة المجتمعيةفى صناعة القرارات التعليميةفى مدارس التعليم الأساسي بمصر .
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of activating societal participation in making educational decisions in basic education schools in Egypt, and the study used the descriptive approach, and the study reached several results, the most important of which are: a lack of application or activation of the role of community participation in making educational decisions in basic education schools in Egypt; There is a conflict between the regulations and legislations regulating the functioning of the educational process and the goals of community participation, as a large part of this shortage counts on the spread of the traditional education culture and the lack of feasibility and effectiveness of community participation in basic education schools in Egypt, and the study was applied p D (600) prepared in advance and textured questionnaire on a sample of schools of the Republic of Egypt and the Arab strength of 43 schools in seven governorates of the Republic, and in conclusion, the study recommended the application conceived proposal that would activate the role of community participation in educational decision-making in basic education schools in Egypt.
