This study aims to determine The effect of applying service-profit chain in Achieving a competitive advantage, applied study on the employees in Telecom Egypt company in Mansoura. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data had been collected from an employees’ sample in Telecom Egypt company in Mansoura, Sample size was 214, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. Results of the study showed that service profit chain dimensions which represented in (job satisfaction, job loyality, customer’s satisfaction, customer loylity) were positively affected on the competitive advantage dimensions which represented in (creativity, flexibility, quality of services, reducing cost, quick delivery of the service) in Telecome Egypt company in Mansoura city. Also results showed that service profit chain as an independent variable had a significant effect on each dimension of competitive advantage as dependent variable. This study seeks to achieve the following objectives: 1- Recognizing if there is a significant effect for service profit chain (SPC) on creativity as a competitive advantage factor in Telecome Egypt compny in Mansoura. 2- Recognizing if there is a significant effect for service profit chain (SPC) on flexability as a competitive advantage factor in Telecome Egypt compny in Mansoura. 3- Recognizing if there is a significant effect for service profit chain (SPC) on quality of services as a competitive advantage factor in Telecome Egypt compny in Mansoura. 4- Recognizing if there is a significant effect for service profit chain (SPC) on cost reduction as a competitive advantage factor in Telecome Egypt compny in Mansoura. 5- Recognizing if there is a significant effect for service profit chain (SPC) on quick delivery of the service as a competitive advantage factor in Telecome Egypt compny in Mansoura. 6- Recognizing if there is a significant effect for service profit chain (SPC) on the competitive advantage in Telecome Egypt compny in Mansoura.
