Food is a major and vital role in the development of human resources. It is of great importance in our lives where the individual depends on it in building his body, mind and growth, without it he cannot live properly and free of diseases. The food in terms of type, quantity and the extent of containing the some causes of the disease reflects on the individual health and thus affects the production at work.
In order to achieve the best benefits of food, it should be protected from corruption as it is exposed to pollution from several sources, starting from production till serving to the consumer.
