The scientific production of faculty members and the requirements to confront it by answering the following main question:- What are the most important requirements for electronic marketing of scientific production for faculty members in colleges of education The sub-questions are branched as follows What is the conceptual framework for marketing educational scientific production operations for faculty members in colleges of education What is the reality of the scientific productivity of faculty members in colleges of education. We also highlight the effective and vital role of the colleges of education through the Objectives of the study:- The main objective of the study was an attempt to formulate a proposed perception of electronic marketing for educational scientific production for faculty members, and to present what serves the plan for its advancement through Clarifying the conceptual framework for marketing educational scientific production operations to faculty members in colleges of education process of electronic marketing for educational scientific production for members of the teaching staff for all beneficiary groups in society, by using marketing plans, activities and various methods, through programs, devices, modern equipment, offers, advertisements and communications via communication networks Social and spread awareness, promotion and persuasion In response to all of the above, the current study tries to study the obstacles of electronic marketing The scientific production of faculty members and the requirements to confront it by answering the following main question:- The study dealt with the reality of educational scientific productivity for faculty members in the Faculty of Education faculty members of the Faculty of Education, the goals of educational scientific productivity for members of the faculty of the Faculty of Education, and is represented in the concept of educational scientific productivity for The field study reached the following results.:- The success, growth and survival of the College of Education is related to its ability to provide educational educational production that meets the needs of its beneficiaries. The process of electronic marketing, educational scientific production has been associated with management, so that it can proceed under an integrated management framework that enables it to plan, provide and develop research services, with a view to creating value for beneficiaries and communicating educational scientific production to them in a manner that satisfies their satisfaction. the main steps that the college must take to preserve its survival and distinctiveness. Marketing for educational scientific production helps reduce the time to complete transactions (reduce the time between delivery and payment), as all information is done through the internet without being restricted by geographical borders.
