Abstract
To reach these goals, the study was divided into two parts:
The theoretical Study:
The purpose of this theoretical study is to obtain information that enables the researcher to reach the required methodology for the research and its goals. The study was divided into three sections as follows:
The first chapter reviews the meaning of Lean Six Sigma and applying it in construction by studying its principles, techniques, and tools to help the researcher determine the tools and framework that will be used in chapter 4.
The second chapter review the installation building envelope process strategies then review the technological installation methods and know their impact.
- Identifying envelope management problems and studying its strategies to assist the researcher in determining steps in the process of installing mega building envelopes.
- In the third chapter, the researcher studies the improvement of the quality of the envelope and the different stages of the mega envelope installation to determine the defects and problems of installing the envelope of mega buildings and identify the main points that affect the large projects for improvement and consideration.
