Abstract
Both radiotherapy and chemotherapy have established roles in the treatment of early-stage and high-risk breast cancer. However, some retrospective reviews of earlier chemotherapy regimens have shown
increased rates of local recurrence when adjuvant chemotherapy is placed before RT,whereas others have reported no increased risk.
