Abstract Theory of integral equations is one of the most important and useful branch of mathematical analysis .Integral equations of various types create the signicant subject of several mathematical investigations and appear often in many applicantions, especially in solving numerous problems in physics, engineering and economics [26].On the other hand ,using measure of non compactness in general setting we can obtain a lot of conditions guaranteeing the existence of solutions of investigated equations but such results have been often ”theoretical” meaning because it is very dicult to check the mentioned conditions in concrete situations. The Urysohn integral equation has been studied in several papers and mono graphs([2], [6], [26]). A quite general result has been obtained [8], when the solvability of this equation has been studied in the two classes of integrable and monotonic functions on the interval I = [0,1]. The method used in (see [8]) may be applied in order to obtain a Theorem on the existence of monotonic solution of the Urysohn functional integral equation. |
