Abstract

Introduction and research problem.
The process of aging is a natural physiological process that occurs for any individual and is affected by lifestyle and by several environmental and genetic factors. It is not a pathological condition, nor is it a gradual process in which physiological and physical changes occur slowly, which cannot be stopped, but its damage can be reduced in the case of attention to integrated health care and habits. Proper health comes through regular exercise in sports.
Kamal Abdel Hamid, Muhammad Sobhi Hassanein (2009) indicates that the elderly are accompanied by physiological, psychological and social changes, which the elderly cannot usually avoid or get rid of, but he can successfully resist them and limit them and deal with them positively through quick and good adaptation With society so that he lives a quiet social life.
