Abstract

This work is interested on the properties and characterization of some single crystals and study of electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), (x-band) at room temperature . Some grown single crystals based on the amino acid (glycine) as an essential material doped with inorganic of transition metal salts were prepared in the form: (glycine)1-x-Mx .where M represents the metal salts: copper nitrate, manganese chloride and cobalt chloride. The prepared samples were divided into three groups according to the type of the transition metal that doped with these semiorganic crystals.
