The history of mankind has known crime in its various forms, which have developed with the development of human life, so crimes and methods have appeared that did not exist before. The term terrorism has become one of the most common terms in the world, hardly a day passes without hearing about the occurrence of terrorist crimes all over the world. A tremendous development in all areas of life, and perhaps the most dangerous of these crimes in the modern era is the crime of terrorism and the contribution and incitement to it. e. The topic of contribution and incitement to terrorist crime combines authenticity and modernity, which allows the researcher to search for the opinions of jurists and extract their precious sciences, and compare them with the opinions of contemporary scholars and man-made laws, in order to show the merits and perfection of Sharia. 6- The spread and increase of terrorist crimes and the contribution and incitement to them, and this includes terrorism through electronic means (electronic terrorism), with many people ignorant of its legal rulings and the differences of scholars regarding what constitutes terrorist acts and what is not.
