This scientific study deals with the issue of international intervention and its impact on state sovereignty - an applied study on Iraq and Syria, as international intervention is an exception from the general principle; I.e. from the principle of non-interference; This is what was confirmed by most of the charters of international organizations that it is forbidden for all states to interfere in the affairs of other states, directly or indirectly, and as international jurisprudence affirmed that the prohibition of interference constitutes a peremptory rule of international law that must be adhered to, and no agreement that violates the rule of The prohibition of interference, unless it is in accordance with the exceptions referred to by international law. Otherwise, any interference is unacceptable and unlawful. However, the practical reality, especially after the end of the Cold War in 1990, is the multiplicity of facts by which states, individually or collectively, interfered and violated the sovereignty of other states without the approval of the United Nations. This is what constitutes an explicit violation of the principles of general international law, especially the principle of non-interference and the prohibition of the use of force, or based on the justifications that these intervening countries invoked, as happened in Iraq and Syria as well, have become the scene of proxy war under the pretext of those justifications invoked by those intervening countries .
