Abstract

In view of the significant development in recent years in the use of technology in education, a number of educational organizations have recently gone on to distance students’ education through some applications and websites for distance learning using the Internet to obtain academic degrees. The use of mobile educational applications through mobile phone use includes education and training processes for students anywhere in the world, including direct Internet education among students and finally evaluating students after passing exams using the mobile exam application, the use of technologies can increase the ability of teachers to provide support, options and flexibility to students. It can also directly support the learning of individual students with wide variations in their abilities. There are many ways in which technology can be used in the classroom to meet diverse learning needs. To do this efficiently and effectively requires careful selection, purposeful planning and thoughtful implementation. Not all technologies are equally useful, either for individual students or for educational purposes in general, mobile learning can be many things for different groups of people. Superficial, it seems from the outside that learning across mobile devices such as smart phones, MP3 players, laptops and tablets. These are certainly important in enabling mobile learning. Early definitions of mobile learning, often focused on the features of mobile technology, have given way to more sophisticated perceptions that mobility is the central issue, not only for physical mobility, to overcome physical limitations by reaching people and digital educational resources, regardless of place and time.
