The present study aimed to explore relationship between job satisfaction and family Adjustment among a sample of teachers, It also examined the effect of (gender, Social status, academic specialization, years of experience, and type of education) on both job satisfaction and family Adjustment among teachers, And to identify the possibility of predicting the degree of family Adjustment of the sample of teachers through their scores on the job satisfaction scale. The study sample consisted of (300) teachers from schools in Aswan Governorate. It included different levels in terms of gender, Social status, academic specialization, years of experience, and type of education governmental and private. For the purpose of the study, the researcher prepared the study tools, which are the job satisfaction scale, the scale of family Adjustment The results of the study revealed the existence of a positive statistically significant correlation between scores of the study sample on job satisfaction scale and its dimensions and family Adjustment scale and its dimensions.The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of males and females on the scale of job satisfaction and its dimensions,also the scale of family Adjustment and its dimensions As there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of teachers in the Social status on the job satisfaction scale and dimensions, while there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of teachers in the Social status on the family Adjustment scale and its dimensions for the benefit of of married teachers. Also, there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of teachers ’grades in the academic specialization on the scale of job satisfaction, except in the professional dimension. There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) and the total score of the scale at the level of (0.05) in favor of teachers of technical activities, as well as there are no significant differences A statistic between the mean scores of teachers in the academic specialization on the family Adjustment scale and its dimensions, There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of teachers in years of teaching experience on the scale of job satisfaction and its dimensions in favor of teachers with less than five years of experience, while there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of teachers in the years of experience on the scale of family Adjustment and its dimensions, also there are no statistically significant differences mean scores of teachers in the type of government and private education on both job satisfaction scale and its dimensions and on the family Adjustment scale and its dimensions and can be predictived family Adjustment Through job satisfaction of a sample of teachers
