Abstract The aim of the thesis is to analyze the two protocols NEMO BSP and proactive and reactive HI-NEMO and try to improve reactive HI-NEMO performance by enhancing QoS requirements and finding the suitable solution for losing sending packets during the period of link layer handover (𝐋𝟐 handover) and recognition of the new path and having a new IP address. This solution is proposed SMART BUFFERING HI-NEMO that used to eliminate packet loss during reactive HI-NEMO which increases in small radius cell coverage area of BSP and affect applications that need accuracy in sending data. This packet loss is due to the period of down link and up link of BS2 and the configuration of new Care of Address (CoA). |
