Abstract
This study Was designed to determine the toxicity effect of nickel or lithium alone or in combination on some biochemical parameters in male rats and to investigate the possibility that the administration of vitamin E would have a beneficial effect on these metals-induced organs injuries through determination of body and organs weight, determination of some hematological and biochemical parameters in blood and tissue, assessment of some antioxidant and non-antioxidant enzymes and investigate the histological changes in liver tissue.
