ابْنُ دُقْمَاق ومنهجه في آثاره التاريخية ” (750-809 هـ/ 1349ـ 1408م)
تناولت هذه الدارسة موضوع شخصية إبراهيم بن محمد بن أيَدْمُرُ المعروف بابن دُقْمَاق وبينت أن ابن دُقْمَاق من المؤرخين الذي كان لهم دورهم الفاعل في العالم الإسلامي عامة وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء علي مجهود ابن دُقْمَاق في الكتابة التاريخية.
اشتملت الدارسة علي مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة فصول وانتهت بخاتمة، وقائمة مصادر ومراجع.
في التمهيد تم تسليط الضوء علي دراسة سيرة ابن دُقْمَاق من خلال اسمه، ونشأته، وصفاته، مؤلفاته، أعماله التي مارسها، ووفاته وذكر شيوخه وتلاميذه ورحلاته بالإضافة إلى الحياة السياسية والثقافية في عصره.
وتطرق الفصل الأول إلى منهج ابن دُقْمَاق من خلال كتابه الجوهر الثمين في سير الملوك الخلفاء السلاطين حيث سلط الضوء فيها علي ذكر سبب تأليفه وأقسام الكتاب، ومصادر تأليف الكتاب، وأهم المواضيع التي تناولها وأهم الشخصيات التي ترجم لها في الكتاب ومنهج ابن دقماق في الكتابة التاريخية.
وتطرق الفصل الثاني إلى دارسة كتابه الانتصار لواسطة عقد الأمصار ومنهجية ابن دُقْمَاق في كتابة الخطط ومقارنته بكتاب فتوح مصر والمغرب لابن عبد الحكم ومصادر تأليف الكتاب.
وتطرق الفصل الثالث إلى دارسة كتاب نزهة الأنام في تاريخ الإسلام ومنهجية ابن دُقْمَاق في كتاب التاريخ الحولي ومصادر تأليف الكتاب.

Ibn Duqmaq and his Approach to his Historical Traces
(750 - 809 AH / 1349 - 1408 AD)
This study deals with the personality of Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin Aydamur, known as Ibn Duqmaq, and shows that Ibn Duqmaq is one of the historians who has an active role in the Islamic world in general, by highlighting the efforts of Ibn Duqmaq in historical writing.
The study includes an introduction, a preface, three chapters, a conclusion, and a list of sources and references.
In the introduction, the study of Ibn Duqmaq’s biography is highlighted through his name, his upbringing, his personal qualities, his writings, his works, his death, the mention of his elders/ his sheikhs, his students, his travels, in addition to the political and cultural life of his time.
Chapter one addresses Ibn Duqmaq’s approach through his book, The Precious Essence in the Lives of the Kings: the Caliphs of the Sultans. In this book, he sheds light on the reason for his authorship, the sections of the book, and the sources of the book’s authorship. All those beside the most important topics that he dealt with, the main characters he translated for in his book, and Ibn Duqmaq’s approach in historical writing.
Chapter two deals with the study of his book Al-Intisar for Wasta Aqd Al-Amsar and the methodology of Ibn Duqmaq in writing plans and its comparison with Ibn Abd Al-Hakam’s book Fattouh Misr and Al-Maghrib and the sources of the book’s authorship.
Chapter three deals with the study of the book Nuzha Al-Anam in the history of Islam and the methodology of Ibn Duqmaq in the book of the Annals History and the sources of authorship of this book.
