The research aims to identify the requirements of applying electronic management in the faculties of sports education in Egyptian universities, the researcher used the descriptive curriculum (survey studies) because of the nature of the research, some of the deans of colleges, agents and administrators were selected in the random way of colleges Sports education in the 25 Egyptian universities in The Arab Republic of Egypt. The total number of samples was 296, and the most important results were the multiplicity of requirements that correspond to the faculties of sports education in Egyptian universities when applying E-Management and these requirements revolve around several axes: the requirements of the administrative process functions of the application of e-management. And the requirements of the college’s functions for the application of e-management. And the technical requirements for the application of e-Management. The requirements of the soft technical infrastructure for the application of e-management, and the most important recommendations were to include the application of E-Management adequately in the strategic and operational plans of the College. Make some improvements and modifications to the organizational structure of the colleges in accordance with the electronic environment. Attention to the existence of a motivational program for employees to facilitate the successful application of E-Management. Applying the proposed concept of this research to the application of e-management in the faculties of sports education in Egyptian universities.
