Bullying refers to the practice of one or more uncivilized behaviors in the workplace, and it can be defined in more than one way and to be understood by the most obvious symptoms such as repetitive acts of hostility and ridicule, and behaviors that constitute bullying can include verbal or written abuse. Name-calling, exclusion from social activities and events, physical abuse, or coercion to do a specific act (Al-Zoghbi, and Mahidet, 2014). Workplace bullying is considered among the negative variables prevalent in the environment of many business organizations, which negatively affect the performance of the human element in those organizations, and thus the performance of those organizations. Bullying reduces workers’ motivation to work and reduces their performance and productivity in the workplace. (Ryan, et al., 2013). Study problem: In light of the results of the exploratory study and a review of previous studies, the researcher can formulate the problem in “there is a decrease in the level of organizational citizenship in the sector in practice, and this may be the result of a negative feeling among workers represented in the rise of bullying in the workplace”, which raises the following questions: 1. What is the awareness of workers in the General Authority for Health Insurance in Gharbia? 2. What is the impact of bullying in the workplace on the dimensions of organizational citizenship in the General Authority for Health Insurance in Gharbia with their work? 3. What are the dimensions of bullying in the workplace that have the most impact on organizational citizenship in the General Authority for Health Insurance in Gharbia? 4. Are there differences in the opinions of workers in the General Authority for Health Insurance in Gharbia regarding study variables (bullying in the workplace, organizational citizenship behaviors) according to their demographic variables (gender, place of residence, age, education level, monthly income level, and marital status). Study Objectives: In light of the study problem, the study seeks to achieve the following objectives: 1. Analyze the nature of the relationship between workplace bullying and organizational citizenship behaviors. 2. Measuring the impact of workplace bullying dimensions on organizational citizenship behaviors. 3. Knowing whether there are significant differences in the opinions of workers in the General Authority for Health Insurance in Gharbia regarding the study variables (bullying in the workplace, organizational citizenship behaviors) according to their demographic variables (gender, place of residence, age, education level, monthly income level, and status). Social).
