Abstract

This study focuses on the possibilities of nanotechnology in architecture in order to achieve principles of sustainability, ’environmental dimension - economic dimension - social dimension. ’With environmental and urban degradation in many countries and high prices of energy and building materials, the world is geared to sustainable construction.And the development in the field of nanotechnology applications in architecture (nanomaterials and Nano devices), is divided. Nanomaterials to: ’Building materials - complementary materials - insulation materials - nanotechnology paint’’ It is divided into Nano devices: ’water purifiers - air purifiers - energy storage, The use of nanotechnology applications in architecture improves the efficiency of the building’s energy system, as well as improves and eliminates environmental pollution and helps improve the external environment in pollution and reliance on renewable energy sources, leading to an integrated sustainable Nano-building system.
