The role of education in the twentieth century is to bring about a positive change in children’s behavior, develop their personalities, and train them to develop their abilities to become future leaders capable of facing challenges, planning and making their own decisions. The kindergarten stage is one of the most important stages of an individual’s development, in which the child’s skills are developed, his behaviors modified, and the aspects of his personality are revealed. The gifted child shows leadership indicators early in the kindergarten stage, and if they are not taken care of, they may disappear and disappear, so it is necessary to take care of them and develop them to ensure the preparation of the future leader with a leadership personality with which he can plan his goals and strive to achieve them by taking appropriate decisions to overcome the difficulties he faces to reach the goal desired.
Gifted children at this stage are considered an important human resource. They are the builders of the future, so it is necessary to discover and invest them appropriately. Because they are opportunities for challenge and competition between nations (Feryal Abdel Hadi, 2021: 162), they are one of the special groups that have not received enough attention, whether from scientific studies or the services provided, attention must be paid to this group from early childhood because it is a fertile stage and full of many Talents that need to be revealed and nurtured (Faryal Abdel Hadi, 2016: 1).
Leadership is considered a type of talent, as it is closely related to several factors, including: taking responsibility, the ability to make decisions, the ability to communicate, influence and persuade, every child is born with leadership characteristics that differ in quantity and quality from other individuals. Teaching leadership skills is the responsibility of the kindergarten that It must play its role in raising children on leadership skills. There are children who have willpower and an unusual instinct in the field of social leadership. They are gifted children as leaders. It is the duty of educators to develop these characteristics and develop them to the fullest extent possible for each child’s abilities. (Abdul-Azim Sabri and Hamdi Ahmed, 2015: 15-16).
Therefore, the preparation and provision of appropriate enrichment programs for gifted children is a necessary requirement for their discovery and development of their creative and leadership abilities. Therefore, it is necessary to provide conditions for integrated educational care and enrichment programs that are commensurate with the tendencies, abilities and characteristics of the gifted child to develop his leadership behavior, and among the contemporary enrichment programs on which this study will be based to develop The Leadership Behavior Skills of Gifted Children is TRIZ Theory.

TRIZ theory is one of the relatively recent theories in the field of creativity, and this theory consists of forty principles or strategies that Henry Altshuller extracted through his analysis of nearly two million patents in the engineering and technical fields (Norahan Al-Neshwi, 2014: 2).. Although this development began in these two areas; However, it has received great attention in various fields, especially the field of education, due to the interest in employing TRIZ theory in the development of curricula and teaching methods, as one of the most important aspects that every educational institution seeks to implant in its child is to raise him to be a leader in his community (Saleh Abu Jadu and Muhammad Nofal, 2007: 409).
Problem of the study:
The feeling of the study problem stemmed from several sources, the most important of which are the following:
1- The recommendations of many previous studies and research: such as the Kaya study (2020), which emphasized the importance of detecting gifted children in early childhood and assigned the responsibility to the teacher, who must be aware of the early signs and indicators of their talent, and recommended the importance of creating an appropriate learning environment In order to enhance and enrich the education provided to gifted children, and Wong’s study (2019) indicated that we need more studies to develop leadership behavior skills in early childhood education, and Munira Rashid’s study (2018) emphasized the importance of developing leadership skills for kindergarten children to create a generation with a spirit of The leadership also called for the need to take care of gifted children in kindergarten and provide them with enrichment and development programs to develop their various skills.
2- Several studies indicate the importance of using TRIZ theory with the gifted in early childhood: such as the study of Hana Othman (2018), the study of Saleh Al-Zahrani (2010), the study of Latifa Al-Shahi (2009), and the study of Tatiana Zakarov (1998). The study also recommended by: Reem Al-Hazmi and Maher Sabry (2013) that it is necessary to target programs directed to gifted children through modern strategies, including TRIZ theory.
3- The exploratory study: where the researcher sought the existence of a real problem through her work as a kindergarten teacher, where she noticed that most of the children are predominantly dependent behavior and do not accept criticism as they procrastinate in daily situations and always depend on the teacher and their friends to meet their needs, so the researcher conducted a survey Kindergarten teachers to identify the availability of leadership behavior skills for their children in kindergarten and the steps and strategies they follow to develop skills and modify the behaviors of their children. Their daily problems that they encounter in kindergarten, and they use familiar strategies to develop children’s skills and modify their behavior, and this is what prompted the researcher to prepare an enrichment program based on TRIZ theory to develop leadership behavior skills for gifted children.
