introduction
Since one of the most important goals of sports training in general and athletics training in particular is to reach the individual to the highest level of sports, so it was necessary that the training process be directed to preparing the competitor in an integrated manner.
Mr. Abdel-Maqsoud (2001) believes that sports training is an organized educational process that is subject to the scientific method and aims at preparing the athlete in an integrated manner for continuous advancement in the athletic level.
He adds, ”The Cause of God Al-Basati” (2001) that general physical fitness is the competence of the body to meet the requirements of life in a way that achieves happiness and health, and in a way that ensures that the individual performs a cycle in society in the best way and from this concept it becomes clear that general physical fitness is the basis on which fitness is built Own physical
According to Mr. Abdul Maqsoud (2001), special physical fitness aims to highlight certain physical components and prefer them to other components in light of what is required by the nature of the activity practiced. It also allows the possibility of neglecting some components when you find that their importance diminishes in relation to the type of activity practiced by the individual.
According to Faraj Abdel Hamid (2004), sports training is considered one of the vital processes that are indispensable to reach the athlete to the highest limits permitted by his human capabilities at the times designated and appropriate for that. It is an educational process that aims primarily to develop the athlete’s capabilities through various use Means, methods, tools and capabilities that allow this to be achieved
Research problem :
Through the researcher’s experience as a former shot-push player and a current trainer, and during the researcher’s training for the Al-Bahari Youth Center team in Shebin El-Kom, I noticed that some female athletes refrain from participating in training and some of them participate but apologize for practicing exercises that require physical effort, and others apologize for completing the training unit, so by asking them I found They are going through the menstrual period, so the failure of female athletes to practice sports activity during this period has become a widespread phenomenon among female athletes, due to the concepts, legacies and misconceptions about the practice of physical activity, as many players and parents believe that exercising sports during menstruation represents a danger to the young. After the researcher reviewed scientific research and references, and theoretical readings, she found that many scientific researches in the Egyptian environment were studied in this period in a descriptive manner and did not determine experimentally with precision the effect of sport on it in terms of pregnancy, severity and comfort, while young people in this period are exposed to disorders that can affect On her regularity and thus affecting the health and physiological state of the player, and that most of the players suffer from pain during a period Menstruation and therefore absent from training, which leads to a DROP in the level or performance as a result of some coaches neglecting this period of the players or the number of a random training program that is not commensurate with the physical condition of the players. So the researcher saw that the problem of the current study is to design a training program to identify the effect of the program on the level Some physical, physiological and digital variables in the menstrual period for shot put girls.
research aims:
Knowing the impact of the proposed training program on: -
1. The three measurements (before the period - during the period - after the period) of the menstrual period in the post-measurement in the physical, physiological and digital variables of female shot put
2. Improving the level of some physical, physiological, and digital variables among women who begin to pay menstruation.
Research hypotheses :
1. Are there statistically significant differences between the three pre-menstrual measurements (before the session - during the session - after the session) in the physical and physiological variables and the numerical level of shot put girls?
2. Are there statistically significant differences between pre-measurement and post-measurement in the physical and physiological variables and the numerical level of female shot pay offs as a result of using the training program?
3. Are there statistically significant differences between the three dimensional measurements (before the session - during the session - after the session) in the physical and physiological variables and the numerical level of shot put girls as a result of using the training program?
Search terms:
1. The digital level: It is the result of the best achievement achieved by the competitor in the maximum distance in throwing the shot, and it is measured by the distance (meter).
2. Menstrual cycle: a biological phenomenon that occurs in females every (2 ± 28) days starting from puberty until menopause, causing some changes in the female reproductive system.
Research Methodology.
The researcher used the experimental method of pre and post measurement for one experimental group.
Community and sample research
The research community included (12) female athletes in the under-17 stage. The research sample was chosen by the intentional method. They are (12) players representing the team of the Bahari Youth Center in Shebin al-Kom and the female athletes of the preparatory secondary school in Shebin al-Kom to pay the shot. Your own.
Data collection tools and means.
Data collection was determined on several sources, namely:
1. References and special scientific sources that dealt with this topic.
2. Previous studies and research in this field and the researcher’s findings.
3. A questionnaire form for athletics experts to determine the physical and physiological variables in the shot put skill.
Exploratory study.
1: Poll Studies:
The researcher conducted an exploratory study from 25/7/2018 to 31/7/2018 on the exploratory research sample, which is represented by (6) female players from within the research community and outside the basic research sample, taking into account the homogeneity of the members of the exploratory sample and matching their specifications and conditions for their selection on the conditions That will apply to the base sample.
The aim of the exploratory study was the following:
 Preparing a registration form for each player’s data.
 Reach the most appropriate times while taking measurements or performing exercises.
 Ensure the availability and suitability of the devices and tools used in the measurement.
 Training in how to take measurements or perform exercises.
 Knowing the time it takes to conduct pre- and dimensional tests and measurements to collect data
Examining the most appropriate operational methods for exercises (forced - assisted - free - against resistance).
 Determine the most appropriate loads in terms of (intensity and volume) from which to start.
Determining the most appropriate intervals for each exercise, as well as the rest periods between groups.
Determining the difficulties that the researcher may face while conducting the experiment and trying to overcome them.
The results of the pilot experiment resulted in the following:
 Designing a data registration form for the players.
 Determining the most appropriate loads in terms of intensity and volume, with which to start until the end of the program, taking into account individual differences when implementing the program.
Determining the most appropriate intervals for each exercise, as well as the rest periods between groups.
 The appropriateness of the tests and measurements used, their availability, accuracy of their results, and an understanding of the nature and importance of their use
Basic study.
1- tribal measurements:
The researcher made the pre-measurements of the research group in the variables (age - height - weight - physical and physiological variables and the digital level under investigation) for the players of the Bahari Youth Center team in Shebin al-Kom and the experimental school on the sports stadium from 21/8/2018 to 8/9 / 2018 AD
First measurement (first pre-stage):
The first measurement was done during the seven days leading up to your period.
Second Measurement (Phase Two Interim):
The second measurement is done during the first or second day of menstruation, with caution on each member to take full care in terms of clothing while taking measurements.
The third measurement (the third dimensional stage):
And the third measurement was done after the interruption of the period, about five days.
The measurements were made for all members in the same time hour, in the same place, and under the same surrounding conditions in terms of ventilation or lighting, with the same tools, as well as the same people in charge of the measurement process, for the three measurements.
After completing the three measurements for all members of the research sample, the index of physical competence for each member was extracted from the research sample for each stage of the menstrual cycle by applying the following equation:
2- Implementation of the basic experiment:
The researcher applied the proposed training program prepared by the researcher to the experimental research group, from 9/9/2018 to 30/11/2018.
3- Dimensional measurements:
After the end of the specified period for the implementation of the basic experiment, the researcher conducted the dimensional measurements of the research group on 1/12/2018 to 18/12/2018 AD. The researcher took into account that the dimensional measurements are made under the same conditions in which the pre-measurements were made.
Telemetry (the first pre-stage):
The first measurement was done during the seven days leading up to your period.
Telemetry (second phase):
The second measurement is done during the first or second day of menstruation, with caution on each member to take full care in terms of clothing while taking measurements.
Telemetry (the third dimensional stage):
And the third measurement was done after the interruption of the period, about five days.
Statistical processors.
The researcher used the statistical parameters commensurate with the nature of this research by using the computer using the program (Excel - Spss) in applying the following statistical parameters: -
Mean
Median
Skew ness coefficient of torsion
Kurtosis
Standard Deviation
Equivalent variances (v)
Z-test
Person Correlation.
- The percentage of improvement
first: the conclusions.
In light of the objectives of the research, its hypotheses, the limits of the research problem, the research sample and its characteristics, the tools used, the method of statistical analysis used, and depending on the results and their interpretation, the researcher reached the following conclusions:
1. There are statistically significant differences between the three pre-menstrual measurements (before the session - during the session - after the session) in the physical, physiological and numerical variables of the shot put girls.
1. The value of (F) is drawn between the periods of the three pre-menstrual cycle (before the period - during the period - after the cycle) in the pre-measurement before applying the program in the physical abilities test under consideration (3.49: 6.36), which indicates a decrease in the physical level during the menstrual period
2. Draw the value of (F) between the periods of the three pre-cycle (before the session - during the session - after the cycle) in the pre-measurement before applying the program in testing the physiological variables under investigation (4.17: 3.61), which indicates a disturbance in the physiological indicators in this period during The menstrual period
3. The value of (F) is drawn between the periods of the three pre-menstrual cycle (before the period - during the period - after the period) in the pre-measurement before the application of the program at the numerical level (5.06 *), which indicates the decrease in the digital level of girls during the menstrual period
4. The value of the differences in the test of muscle strength of the material for the back (6.87 *) and the percentage of improvement
(12%)
5. The value of the differences in the test of muscle strength material for the two men (6.82 *) and the percentage of improvement
(14%)
Second: Recommendations.
Based on the findings of this study, the researcher recommends the following:
1. Application of the tests under investigation on girls of different ages.
