المستخلص The Study aimed to identify the most important pillars on which organizational commitment is based in the light of contemporary administrative literature, and the most important components of the competitive advantage in faculties of education in the light of contemporary administrative literature, and to identify the reality of the management of educational faculties in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and to identify the reality of organizational commitment to all educational advantages in achieving educational advantage in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and presenting a proposed vision to achieve the competitive advantage through the organizational commitment of the faculties of education in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The study relied on the descriptive approach that was used to study and clarify the characteristics of a phenomenon or a particular situation as it exists in reality, explaining it and determining its relationship to its relationships and surrounding stimuli. The study reached many results, the most important of which are: - Weak commitment of some faculty members and faculty to ethical principles when dealing with beneficiaries. - Neglecting to specify the responsibilities of the faculty members and the college staff through job description cards. - Lack of transparency in the distribution of roles and responsibilities between faculty members and staff. - The college’s lack of interest in the continuous development of the employees’ performance of their roles - The college sometimes seeks to form an information network with similar colleges in its field of specialization. - Some college leaders are not keen on spreading the spirit of cooperation among their staff. - Sometimes the college is not obligated to establish a specific system for evaluating the performance of faculty members and those working within it - The lack of interest of some college deans in developing the skills of administrative, organizational and technical staff. - The college organizes training programs to develop the skills of employees on a regular basis. - Some faculties of education do not have an incentive system to reward outstanding workers. The study presented a proposed vision for developing the role of organizational commitment in achieving competitive advantage in the faculties of education in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which included: the concept of the proposed vision and its objectives, its importance, the starting points of the proposed vision, the axes of the proposed vision, the requirements for implementing the proposed vision, and the obstacles to its implementation. |
