This Study aims generally to identify the relationship between social and human capital of the industrial worker and his achievement motivation.
In order to achieve the study’s objectives, the researcher relied on the social survey method through the sample (Purposive Sample) and the comparative method, where the comparison between workers with high achievement motivation and workers with low achievement motivation was made. The researcher also relied on the questionnaire and the analysis of the documents and records in the factories under study to collect the data necessary for this study.
The Study results resulted in the validity of the following scientific hypotheses:
1. The desire to succeed is one of the most prominent factors of industrial workers’ characteristics with high achievement motivation.
2. The high level of achievement is one of the most prominent benefits for workers with high achievement motivation as a result of social relations network expansion.
3. Achievement motivation is higher for a worker who has relations with civil society organizations than for a worker who has not any relations with such organizations.
4. Investment in education and training programs are of the most prominent investments that lead to a high level of achievement motivation.
5. Industrial health care and nutrition programs’ existence leads to a high level of achievement motivation.
6. The greater the opportunities for workers’ participation in decision-making within industrial regulation, the higher the level of achievement motivation.
7. Worker’s achievement appreciation results in a high level of achievement motivation.
