المستخلص
The study aimed to identify the ethical leadership practices of university leaders and their role in achieving the organizational commitment of faculty members, To achieve the objectives of the study, The study used the descriptive method, and also used the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection. The sample of the study amounted to (450) faculty members, and they were chosen randomly. The most important results of the study were as follows:
- There is a positive impact of ethical leadership practices of university leaders on the organizational commitment of faculty members at Sohag University.
- The degree of ethical leadership practices among university leaders was moderate.
- The level of organizational commitment among faculty members at Sohag University came to a medium degree.
- There is a positive relationship between ethical leadership practices of university leaders and the organizational commitment of faculty members at Sohag University.
- The study showed that ethical leadership is the best method for solving problems and obstacles facing university leaders and faculty members in sohag university.
