Subjects: Non probability convenient consecutive sample of 88 adult male and female patients who have been on regular hemodialysis at least for 3- months were enrolled in the current study. Results:, The mean age of patients under the study and control group was (47.3±14.5) and (48.2±14.0) years respectively. When analyzing insomnia level within three assessments at baseline, after 6 and 12 sessions respectively a significant difference was found between study and control groups with higher reduction in the group received acupressure (P =0.0001). Moreover, a statistically significant reduction of dizziness level was also observed in the study group (P =0.02)
