Abstract The primaryendpoint of this work is to compare the clinical outcomes between single row and double row techniques through postoperative differences inConstant and ASES scores between the 2 groups as well as ultrasound evaluation of the healing at final follow up. Furthermore, the secondary end point was evaluation of pain as quantified by visual analogue scale (VAS) plus load lift capacity and range of motion. During the period from August 2016 till January 2019, this this study was conducted on 40 patients with rotator cuff tears either traumatic or degenerative origin; All of them reached at least 6 months follow up. 20patients underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair with single row procedure (group A) and the other 20 patients underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair with double row procedure (group B) |
