Study Title:The Impact of Strategic Leadership Practices on Building Functional Competencies OF Employees In The Organization

The objective of this study is to measure The Impact of Strategic Leadership Practices on Building Functional Competencies OF Employeesin pharmaceutical companies affiliated with the Pharmaceutical Holding Company, which is (ChemicalIndustries DevelopmentCompany”Sayed”-Cairo Pharmaceutical Company - Egyptian Pharmaceutical Trading Company) in Cairo and Giza governorates. The research was based in the theoretical side on the descriptive analytical approach, and in the practical side, the research relied on collecting data from the research sample (370 individuals) through a questionnaire.
To address the data has been used a number of statistical methods sucwh as percentages, and the arithmetic mean, the model regression linear (T-Test), (F-Test), standard deviation, standard coefficient of variation, correlation coefficient, consistency and honesty coefficient. The SPSS program was also used in statistical analysis.
The study assumes that there is a significantpositive Correlation Among the practices of strategic leadership and building job competencies for workers in the pharmaceutical companies in question .
The results of the studyThe presence of statistically significant differences in the improvement of the efficiency of performance of pharmaceutical companies according to each of the variables determining the strategic direction, and exploiting capabilities and talents, human capital development, strengthening organizational culture), promoting ethical practices, and strategy oversight, These represent the variables needed to measure job competencies for ester driving practices Tejah.
Finally, some recommendations were presented, including setting a periodic evaluation system for job competencies for each sector of work in accordance with job requirements and working to increase and diversify the training programs available for workers in pharmaceutical companies to develop the efficiency of their professional skills and capabilities and to develop a system of hooves as well as a system of professional sanctions also linked to the level of job competencies And the basic for workers in pharmaceutical companies.
