Abstract

As a result of the new life style stress is one of important causing of represented great problem which affect a health condition.
Nanoparticles can be engineered with distinctive compositions, sizes, shapes, and surface chemistries to enable novel techniques in a wide range of biological applications. The unique properties of nanoparticles and their behavior in biological milieu also enable exciting and integrative approaches to studying fundamental biological questions.
ZnO-NPs are currently used in a wide range of industries, including biomedicine, electronics, and agriculture. ZnO-NPs are an extremely promising and practical type of nanoparticle due to their conformational state. Numerous research have looked at how to better conform NPs to meet the demands of the twenty-first century.
This work is designed to investigate the protective effects of oral administration of zinc oxide nanoparticles on 8 weeks induced restraint stress on testicular steroidogenesis/antioxidant status as well as the seminogram in male Sprague dawley rat model.
