Abstract

The proportion of callus and the weight of fresh and dried callus were measured in this experiment. The greatest effects on callus development were discovered when treatment was present or not, but the treatment (1mg/l PCIB+ 0.5 mg/l BA) is the best treatment since it includes the largest proportion of fresh and dried callus weight relative to me. After 8 weeks, it also produces a bigger number of branches.
Medicinal plants include a variety of bioactive chemicals, as well as a lower toxicity and better ability to treat human diseases. Because of fewer side effects, cheap cost, and bioavailability, traditional plant medicines are becoming increasingly important in modern me
