Abstract

Introduction:
Teen pregnancy is a rising significant medical problem in both creating and created nations. It has critical unfriendly results on high school moms and her posterity. Egypt is one of the nations having relative high rates of birth. The pace of juvenile pregnancy in Egypt goes from 4.1% in metropolitan social orders to 11.3% in country regions. Offspring of teen moms are bound to be conceived pre-term, have lower birth weight, and higher neonatal mortality, while moms experience more noteworthy paces of post pregnancy anxiety and are less inclined to start bosom taking care of.
Point of work:
To decide the new commonness of juvenile pregnancy among
Egyptians, and to gauge the pervasiveness and sort of maternal and neonatal difficulties happening with high school moms.
Techniques:
An unmistakable cross sectional similar review remembered 171 young people and 780 grown-up pregnant females for expansion to 207 fetus removal cases led at Minia governorate clinics, Egypt
• Inclusion models:
1.Pregnant females matured 13 – 19 years of age looking for natal and post-natal consideration were enlisted.
2. A number of pregnant females maturing more established than 19 years were selected – from similar clinics in a similar length – as a benchmark group.
• Exclusion models:
1- Females with prior ongoing sicknesses like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, auto-safe illnesses like rheumatoid joint pain, foundational lupus erythematosus as well as neurological issues will be avoided from the review.
• All pregnant females were exposed to cautious individual history and cautious obstetric history taking.
• Neonatal assessment: It was finished by Apgar score; Apgar means ”Appearance, Pulse, Grimace, Activity, and Respiration.” upon entering the world; each is scored on a size of 0 to 2, with 2 being the best score. In the event that under 7 was viewed as a low Apgar score upon entering the world.
• Ultrasound assessment:
All pregnant females were exposed to ultrasonography check for evaluation of fetal and maternal prosperity and to recognize any difficulties related with this pregnancy.
• Laboratory examinations:
Complete blood count (CBC) – particularly hemoglobin level, platelet count, RBCs and WBCs – and proteinuria were evaluated for all pregnant females.
