This Research aims to determine the relationship between charismatic Leadership and Organizational Creativity, Applied to The Employees of The General Tax Authority in Dakahlia Governorate.” In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and randomly data has been collected from some employees in The General Tax Authority in Dakahlia Governorate. The sample size was (313) and the response was (256) single, at 81.8% of the total sample, The researcher used the Cronbach alpha coefficient to calculate the reliability and validity coefficients, while the correlation coefficient and the multiple regression analysis method were used to analyze the field study data, The Results of the Research show that there is a significant correlation relationship between charismatic Leadership dimensions and Organizational Creativity in The General Tax Authority in Dakahlia Governorate. In addition, there is a significant effect of charismatic Leadership dimensions on Organizational Creativity in The General Tax Authority in Dakahlia Governorate.
