Abstract This study ”An Evaluation of the Use of the Internet in Promoting and Distributing Tourism Services” is divided into eight chapters. Chapter one includes a general introduction and framework of the study. Chapter two includes basic concepts and importance. Chapter three includes a depiction of tourism intermediaries and electronic distribution of tourism services. Chapter four talks about the electronic promotion of tourism services. In chapter five a picture of Web design and Web evaluation is presented. Chapter six illustrates the different approaches used in the field research. In chapter seven research analysis and findings of the surveys conducted by the researcher are provided. Chapter 8 includes discussion, recommendations and suggestions for future research. |
