Abstract
The present study was a one year descriptive cross sectional study aimed to study the iron profile of patients with congenital cyanotic heart diseases (CCHD) and to find out the prevalence of iron deficiency anemia in this population. The study included 75 patients with CCHD who admitted to the Cardiology Unit at Assiut University Children Hospital in the period from the 1st of January 2021 up to the end of December 2021.
