Abstract Condom use, which is one of the most cost effective protective measures against unintended pregnancy and STI/HIV. Until recently, little research or attention has focused on effect of condom on sexual interest and function in women. Condom had a negative effect on orgasm frequency in about 34 % of respondents who reach orgasm less than half time .
