Abstract
The main objective of current research is to investigate the potential effect of investors{u2019} sentiment on dividend decisions in listed corporations in the MENA region. The study has focused on three issues related to the payment of cash distributions, which are the firm{u2019}s propensity to paying cash dividends, the dividend level change, and the cash dividends initiation. The study relies on the available data about the MENA corporations in the Data Stream and Bloomberg databases through the period from 2000 to 2015
