Abstract The aim of the study is to assess the renal-Doppler parameters changes in acute glomerulonephritis in correlation with pathological findings. Methods: renal ultrasound and Duplex examination of 20 patients diagnosed with acute glomerulonephritis ,was performed by low frequency (2-5MHz) probe, and was correlated with clinical and pathological data. Results: renal ultrasound and Duplex is an effective method in the evaluation of acute glomerulonephritis. Conclusion: renal ultrasound and Duplex examination can be used in assessment of acute glomerulonephritis.
