Abstract
The study was conducted through participation of 40 married men diagnosed with Major depression and receiving antidepressants monotherapy (SSRI or TCAs) to assess sexual function generally and each component of sexual function in male patients with Major depression at baseline and how further management with antidepressants (SSRI or TCAs) monotherapy can affect. The results are both depression and antidepressants can affect sexual function generally and each component of sexual function and sexual side effects caused by antidepressants can impair the compliance with the drug
