المستخلص

The current study aimed to exploring the extent of expecting personal traits of psychosocial wellbeing at primary stage teachers. The study sample consists of (300) primary stage male and female teachers, while the study tools include:
- Personal Traits scale (Cost & McCrea, 1992, translated by Badr Al-Ansary, 2002)
- Psychosocial well-being scale (prepared by the researcher)
At the present study, the researcher uses some statistical methods which are suitable for the study variables though using statistical treatment of the study data, then data entry, that is by using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences “SPSS”), for analyzing data and reaching the results. The researcher uses the following statistical methods:
- Pearson Correlation
- Confirmatory Factor Analysis
- Reliability Coefficient
- Cronbach-alpha Reliability Coefficient
- ANOVA
Study Results Showed that there are statistically significant relationship between personal traits and psychological well-being of the primary stage teachers
- There are no statistically significant differences between the personal traits of the primary stage teachers according to the variables (gender, specialization, and experience)
- There are no statistically significant differences in the psychological well-being of primary stage teachers according to the variables (gender, specialization, and experience)
- psychological wellbeing can be predicted through the personal traits of primary stage teachers, where the personal traits that predict psychological well-being are (Nervousness, Extraversion)
