المستخلص

This study aimed to know the impact of talent management on job performance, an applied study the workers whose size was 294 a single employee in various departments of the organization. The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the study variables that present talent management and job performance, and the researcher used Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient to test the reliability and validity of the survey list. To analyze the data of the Field study, both the Pearson correlation coefficient and the regression analysis method were used. The researcher reached several results represented in the existence of a significant correlation between the dimensions of talent management and the dimensions of job performance, as well as a significant effect of the dimensions of talent management represented in (attracting talents- developing talents-retaining talents) on each dimension of job performance. And all represented in (knowledge of job requirements-quality of work performed-perseverance and trust). In addition to that there are no significant differences between the opinions of the respondents in the association under study towards their awareness of the variables of the study according to their demographic variables (gender, age, martial, status, level of education, level of employment).
