Abstract
Pelvic floor dysfunction is an umbrella term for a spectrum of functional disorders affecting the 3 compartments of the pelvic floor, it is a common sequalae of the vaginal deliveries, due to birth related trauma of the levator-ani muscle. MRI is a safe imaging modality providing detailed anatomical and functional data that is extremely helpful for guidance of the management plane aiding in prevention of the consequences
