Abstract

The present Work Consists of three chapters:Chapter (It includes the introduction, which contains two main parts:
The first part gives a simplified idea of the drugs used under test, as it gives an overview of the definition, pharmacological effect, interactions, chemical composition, chemical name and properties of Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride, Moxifloxacin hydrochloride and Roxithromycin. It also gives an overview of the reagent used under test, chemical use and chemical structures, chemical names and a literature survey of the acid dyes Bromophenol blue and Methyl orange. The second part explains several methods of previously studied that for analyzing and estimating the drugs used, such as colorimetric method, uv-spectrophotometric method, voltammetric methods, potentiometric determination, thin layer chromatography (TLC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and capillary zone electrophoresis method.
Chapter (2)
It includes the experimental part that includes the devices used for measurement, the methods of preparing drugs, the used regent, the buffer and the surfactant used, as well as the method for preparing the drugs in the pure form and the pharmacological form. It also includes the spectrophotometric method for estimating the drug in the pure state and the pharmaceutical state.
Chapter (3)
It includes the results and discussion, explainning the spectroscopic method for the analysis of the drug under study, Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride, Moxifloxacin hydrochloride and Roxithromycin using Bromophenol dye and Methyl orange dye. The proposed methods are to determine the formation of a colored ionic compound between the dye and the drugs by dissolving in the appropriate solvent. Measure the concentration by measuring the absorption of the complex against the prepared blank by the same method, but without adding the drug. The following experimental variables were studied.
