Abstract

Cancer refers to a complex hyper proliferative disorder characterized by genetic abnormality, epigenetic alteration; abnormal signaling pathways as well as altered enzyme machinery cancer results from successive mutations or chromosomal abnormalities help a cell avoiding pro-apoptotic in conjunction with growth-inhibitory signals and make it self-sufficient in growth signals, causing indefinite divisions. Colorectal cancer is an important source of morbidity and death all over the world. Approximately more than 1.9 million novel CRC and 935,000 deaths were documented in the 2020s, thus represents ” " ~ " ” 1 out of in 10 cancer cases and deaths. So, CRC ranks 3rd neoplasm as regard incidence, but 2nd as regard death. Metastatic tumor accounts for more than ninety percent of tumor deaths. Circulating tumor cells are an essential prerequisite to metastasis.
