The current research aimed to develop Language Fluency and Visual Thinking skills using a teaching model based on Dual Coding Theory. where the research problem has been identified in the low level of Al- Azhar sixth grade primary school students in the skills of languishing Fluency and visual thinking.
In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the experimental curriculum (Semi-Experimental Design) was used with two groups (experimental and control). And preparation of educational materials and research tools (Teacher’s Guide, Activity Brochure, Language and Visual Thinking Test). and verified the validity and stability. Then the research groups have been selected. Each group consisted of (30) students. the post instruments have applied, then teaching the reading topics assessed for the two groups in the first semester of 2021/ 2022. The researcher used the teaching Model in teaching reading topics for the experimental group, while the control group received the usual way in teaching. Then the research tools were applied. In the light of objectives, the research developed two hypotheses. And to test their validity, the data were statistically treated by using the (T-test) to determine the significance of differences, where the results showed that a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental students group compared with the control group students in the post measure of languishing Fluency, and test of visual thinking for experimental group. Finally, the research presented a number of recommendations and suggestions in the light of the results.
